EMPLOYER REFERRAL REWARD
A $3,500 thank-you for a successful introduction.
Refer a qualifying new employer to LedgerPoint. When your introduction results in a successful placement, you will receive a $3,500 referral bonus, paid 30 days after the candidate’s start date.
Qualification requirements
- First-time client: The referred company must have no prior engagement with LedgerPoint Search Partners for recruitment services.
- New job order: The referred company must initiate a new job order within 90 days of the referral.
- Successful placement: LedgerPoint must successfully place a candidate with the referred company.
- Payment timing: The $3,500 bonus is paid 30 days after the placed candidate’s start date.
Once the referred company initiates a job order, LedgerPoint will confirm the referral. This reward applies to qualifying employer referrals.
